As the new year gets underway I am taking on some new hobbies. I always said I would never sew, nope never. Well, the girls got a sewing machine for Christmas from the adopted family we have across the street and I was curious of course to see if I could do it............I made my very first rag quilt. The problem is I really love fabric...you see this is why making memory boards was great for me, I could hang out at fabric store but not have to sew anything....well, now I really have a reason to buy. So this little beginner machine of the girls does a great job, but I need a little bigger one soon. I'll keep you posted!
this looks great!!! i love fabric TOOOO. i'm the same way. just collected it for years. i finally broke down and gave most of it away to people who would actually use it instead of keep it to pet and oogle over.
